I'd love to build a few of these to help pay for my own!

I'm in Austin, TX, so can help anyone in the Texas area.

I'm potentially interested in paying someone to build one for me. I'm sure it's way premature to give any sort of real estimate for a build, but I'm wondering if this is like a $300-500 build, or like a $1,000-1,500 build (on top of whatever the kit costs)?

Estimates I've seen so far lean much more to the latter (on top of the kit cost).

Is there anybody in Melbourne planning to build these? I seem to remember someone from VicMod posting about it but I can't find the thread.

I might be willing / available to build one PCB/Panel in the LA Valley area. Would require delivery of all components along with the PCB.

I just can't help imagining that this would be better with vactrols

Okay, so I've been attempting to search this thread without much luck. I'm looking to compile a list of builders of this synth in Portland, OR. I know some already, but would like to hone in people who are specifically interested in this particular build.

Edit: just realized this thread is only 5 pages long and Portland, OR has yet to be brought up. I guess I'll start then!

You know, looking at schematics of a 2600, I figure this has to be $2500 for labor... too rich for me

I'm an electrical engineering student based in Berlin (Germany) and attending TUB at the moment. I've already designed and build own Analog Synths. I offer building the TTSH, I would also ship wherever you want it to be shipped. Casing would be custom made.

Big question: The price , it would be fixed price, so you pay what we negotiated, neither more nor less, so just PM me and we will talk about the price depending on the specifications you want.

Hi! I'm an engineer working and living in Berlin with a lot of knowledge in electronics and huge experience building synths.

Im open for giving a hand as soon as the ttsh is released.

It would be also interesting if somebody else lives in Berlin and it's going to build one, we could support each other.

It likely goes without saying, but Paul aka krisp14u does fantastic work. He built a J Haible String Filter for me and it was perfect.

Best wishes,
Roger
